Phones are manned 24 hours a day for help and advice, but we can only admit hedgehogs between 9am – 6pm during the summer and 9am – 4pm during winter. If they are newborn babies, we may make an exception during the summer.

Please do not WhatsApp or text us regarding a sick, injured or orphaned hedgehog but telephone (not using WhatsApp, as it will not connect to Janet’s hearing aids).

Outside our admittance hours please only call in a real emergency.  Our email address is for administrative purposes only such as talks, events, etc. and is not checked daily. Never telephone Sally directly. Sally cares for the hedgehogs and does not have time to take calls as well.
